You made an offer on a house in Charleswood, it was accepted, and your realtor congratulated you. Then someone mentioned you need a lawyer to “close” the deal, and your mortgage broker asked which firm you were using. So you found one, signed something, and a few weeks later you got a call to come in and sign a stack of papers.
